Job Title: AI \& Machine Learning Engineer **Experience:** 1–3 Years **Location:** Hyderabad / Hybrid / Remote **Employment Type:** Full‑time Job Summary We are looking for a talented and motivated **AI \& Machine Learning Engineer** with 1–3 years of experience to develop, deploy, and optimize AI/ML models that solve real‑world business problems. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in machine learning, a strong foundation in AI concepts, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities * Design, build, and deploy machine learning and AI models for production use * Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation * Develop and optimize algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, and prediction * Implement deep learning models where applicable * Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, and product teams * Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed * Contribute to documentation, best practices, and model explainability Required Skills \& Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field** * 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in **AI/ML development** * Strong proficiency in **Python** * Solid understanding of **machine learning algorithms and AI fundamentals** * Experience with **NumPy, Pandas, Scikit‑learn** * Knowledge of **statistics, probability, and linear algebra** * Experience working with structured and unstructured data * Familiarity with **Git/version control systems** Preferred / Good‑to‑Have Skills * Experience with **Deep Learning frameworks** (TensorFlow or PyTorch) * Exposure to **NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI** * Experience in **model deployment** using REST APIs, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) * Familiarity with **MLOps tools** (MLflow, CI/CD, monitoring pipelines) * Working knowledge of **SQL/NoSQL databases** Soft Skills * Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking * Good communication and cross‑team collaboration skills * Ability to manage tasks independently * Passion for learning and experimentation in AI/ML
