**Job Summary** We are looking for a **DevOps Lead** to drive Azure\-based cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, and CI/CD initiatives. This role focuses on building scalable, secure, and automated systems while leading a team of DevOps engineers. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and mentor DevOps team; drive best practices and automation culture * Design and manage scalable infrastructure on **Azure (primary cloud)** * Build and optimize **CI/CD pipelines** (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) * Manage **Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, Helm** deployments * Automate infrastructure using **Terraform (IaC)** * Handle **cloud migrations** and multi\-cloud environments * Implement monitoring using **Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Azure Monitor** * Ensure **security, compliance, and DevSecOps practices** * Manage tools like **RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, Keycloak** **Required** **Skills** * Strong experience in **Azure Cloud (mandatory)** * Hands\-on with **Kubernetes, Docker, Helm (AKS preferred)** * CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins * Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred) * Scripting: Bash / Python * Monitoring \& logging tools knowledge * Strong understanding of system design \& networking * Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field * 6\+ years in DevOps (2\+ years in leadership role) Job Type: Full\-time Pay: ₹2,300,000\.00 \- ₹2,700,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
