We are seeking a proactive and skilled UiPath Automation Engineer to drive our hyperautomation strategy, focused on optimizing and scaling internal business operations. This role is crucial for automating high\-volume, repetitive processes across our core enterprise functions (including Finance, Sales, and Customer Success) to improve data integrity, boost efficiency, and reduce operational costs. The engineer will be a key contributor in the transition toward Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) by integrating UiPath with our critical systems and data layer. **Responsibilities** * RPA Development \& Design: Design, build, test, and deploy robust, efficient, and scalable end\-to\-end RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, adhering strictly to the Robotic Enterprise Framework (REFramework) * Process Analysis: Work closely with Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to analyze, document (PDD), and define optimal automated workflows (SDD) for complex, cross\-functional processes * Enterprise Integration: Develop and maintain bots that interact seamlessly with AppFolio's core platforms, including AppFolio Property Manager, Salesforce CRM, and other applications, often utilizing APIs or the AppFolio Stack™ integration ecosystem * Deployment \& Management: Utilize UiPath Orchestrator for secure deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and managing robot performance, queues, and assets across multiple environments * Maintenance \& Support: Provide Level 2/3 production support, quickly diagnose and troubleshoot issues, implement robust exception handling, and manage incident resolution via Agile/DevOps tools like Jira * Coding \& Scripting: Apply strong programming concepts using languages like C\#, VB.NET, or Python to extend the functionality of RPA solutions and handle complex business logic or integrations **Requirements** * Experience: 2\+ years of hands\-on experience in the end\-to\-end development, deployment, and maintenance of RPA solutions using the UiPath Platform * Technical Proficiency: Deep working knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and the REFramework * Programming: Proven experience in object\-oriented programming (e.g., C\#, VB.NET, Python) and familiarity with APIs/Web Services (REST/SOAP) for integration * Data \& Systems: Working knowledge of SQL databases and experience with large\-scale enterprise applications like Salesforce (Apex coding is highly preferred for certain roles) * SDLC: Experience working within an Agile/Scrum methodology and familiarity with version control (Git) * Location \& Availability: Must be located in a region that supports the required work hour overlap with the Pacific Time Zone (PST), specifically sourced from India or Eastern Europe **Preferred Qualifications** * Certifications: UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) * Experience with other Intelligent Automation tools or modules (e.g., UiPath Document Understanding, AI/ML Services) * Familiarity with integration platforms like Mulesoft
