Talpro India is an IT staffing company based in Hyderabad. We place software engineers, DevOps specialists, and QA professionals at startups and enterprises across India.

For years, our hiring workflow was broken:

• •A consultant would spend 3-5 hours per day manually screening CVs
• •We'd miss qualified candidates buried in the pile because human fatigue is real
• •Different screeners applied different standards (one person's "qualified" is another's "nope")
• •Feedback to candidates took days because the screener had to catch up on emails first
• •We had no audit trail if a candidate later complained about hiring bias

So in late 2025, founder Bhaskar started building a tool to solve these exact problems. The result is CVPRO.
