CVPRO was born from 5+ years of hiring headaches at Talpro India. Now it's solving the same problems for staffing agencies across India.
The Story
Talpro India is an IT staffing company based in Hyderabad. We place software engineers, DevOps specialists, and QA professionals at startups and enterprises across India.
For years, our hiring workflow was broken:
- •A consultant would spend 3-5 hours per day manually screening CVs
- •We'd miss qualified candidates buried in the pile because human fatigue is real
- •Different screeners applied different standards (one person's "qualified" is another's "nope")
- •Feedback to candidates took days because the screener had to catch up on emails first
- •We had no audit trail if a candidate later complained about hiring bias
So in late 2025, founder Bhaskar started building a tool to solve these exact problems. The result is CVPRO.
Today, CVPRO evaluates hundreds of CVs daily for staffing agencies across Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Mumbai. The same hiring challenges that Talpro faced, your agency is facing. We built CVPRO to fix it.

Bhaskar Krishnan
Founder & CTO
Bhaskar founded Talpro India after working in IT staffing and recruitment for 5+ years. He built CVPRO to solve the hiring problems every staffing agency faces. Before that, he worked as a software engineer and understood both sides of the hiring table—as a candidate and as a hiring manager.
Today, Bhaskar splits his time between running Talpro's staffing operations and building CVPRO's AI evaluation engine. He's obsessed with making hiring fair, fast, and reproducible.
