Terms of Service

What we agree to do, what we will not do, and the limits on both sides.

1. Who you are contracting with

These terms are between you and TALPRO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U74999KA2020PTC135946, GSTIN 29AAHCT9485A1ZX), registered office 12th Main Road, 4th Floor, No. 0741/A, Manipal County Rd, opposite Star Market, B Block, AECS Layout, Singasandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560114, trading as CVPRO. By submitting the enquiry form or accepting a written scope from us, you accept these terms.

2. What the service is

CVPRO CareerOS 360 reads your professional record and rewrites how it is presented. We produce a Profile Signal Audit and, if you engage us, a set of written career deliverables. Every file is prepared from evidence you supply and reviewed by a person.

3. What the service is not

We are a career-documentation and positioning service. We are not a recruiter, a staffing agency, an employment exchange or a placement service. We do not source roles, submit you to employers, negotiate on your behalf, or receive any fee from any employer in connection with you.

We do not promise, guarantee or imply any employment outcome. No interview, no offer, no appointment, no salary change and no timeline is promised by us or may be inferred from anything on this site. Hiring decisions are made by employers on grounds we neither control nor influence.

4. What you agree to

Everything you tell us about your record is true. We build from what you give us.
You have the right to share the documents you send. Do not send anything confidential to a current or former employer.
You will not ask us to write a claim you cannot substantiate. We will refuse.
You are over 18.

5. What we agree to

Every claim we write for you is traceable to evidence you supplied.
A named person reviews your work. Nothing ships unread.
We will not invent an achievement, a metric, a title, a date or a scope.
We will tell you when we think something in your record does not support the claim you want made.
We hold your materials confidentially, on the terms in our Privacy Policy.

6. The Profile Signal Audit

The Profile Signal Audit is delivered as part of the paid CareerOS 360 packages booked on Book My Appointment. It is an assessment of how your record currently reads, not advice on which role to take. We may decline to run an audit, and you may stop at any point; fees, cancellation and refunds for these packages follow the Refund Policy.

7. Paid engagements, fees and refunds

The CareerOS 360 packages (P1–P3) are sold at the fixed prices shown on Book My Appointment; all other work is priced in writing before any paid work begins. Nothing is charged automatically and there is no subscription.
Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees unless the written scope says otherwise, and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
CareerOS 360 packages (P1–P3) are non-refundable once confirmed, except as stated in the Refund Policy. For engagements under a written scope, if we have not started work, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
Under a written scope, once drafting has begun, the fee for completed deliverables is payable. Where we have delivered less than the agreed scope, we refund the balance pro rata.
Because outcomes are outside our control, no refund is available on the basis of a hiring result. Refunds address delivery, not outcome.

8. Revisions

Each deliverable includes the revision rounds stated in your written scope. Revisions correct, sharpen or re-target what we wrote. Rewriting to a materially different target role is new work and is quoted separately.

9. Intellectual property

Your career information remains yours. On full payment, the deliverables we produce for you become yours to use without restriction. Our methodology, the Profile Signal Index, our templates, our scoring model and this site remain ours.

10. Confidentiality

We treat your engagement and your materials as confidential. We will not name you, quote you, or use your work as an example without your specific written permission. Any case material published on this site is composite and clearly labelled as such.

11. Availability

We aim to keep this site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site or the service. Where a change affects a paid engagement already agreed, the agreed scope stands.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by Indian law: we are not liable for loss of employment, loss of opportunity, loss of earnings, loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement.

13. Termination

Either of us may end an engagement in writing at any time. Section 7 governs what is payable. We may terminate immediately if you ask us to write something false, or if you send material you have no right to share.

14. Grievances

If something goes wrong, tell us first — most things are fixable quickly. Write to grievance@talproindia.com. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

16. Changes to these terms

We will post any change here with a new version number and effective date. A change does not alter the scope or fee of an engagement already agreed in writing.

Coaching engagements (C-series)

Coaching programmes (C1–C4 and written custom scopes) are additionally governed by the Coaching Services Agreement, which prevails for coaching-specific matters (scope, confidentiality, scheduling, sponsor terms). Coaches on the CVPRO panel are independent professionals engaged under the Coach Panel Terms; Talpro acts as facilitator and aggregator and is not the employer of coaches or clients, as set out in the Disclaimer. For all services alike: we never promise jobs, interviews or outcomes, and no employee, coach or document can create such a promise on our behalf.

CareerOS agent builds: use of AI agents

A CareerOS agent build (Executive or Professional edition) is drafted by CVPRO’s in-house CareerOS agents, which run on OpenAI’s ChatGPT platform, and is reviewed by a named CVPRO reviewer before delivery. Agents read your material only with your separate consent in the written scope. CareerOS 360 packages P1–P3 and the signal audit do not use language models. Diagnostics and scores in a CareerOS package describe how your documents read; they are not assessments of you, not hiring predictions and not promises of any interview, offer or outcome. You remain responsible for checking every file before you use it externally.

The consent you give in the written scope reads:

“I consent to CVPRO processing my CV, LinkedIn PDF and related material with its CareerOS AI agents on OpenAI’s ChatGPT platform (processing may take place outside India) for this engagement only, including research of relevant public professional information. A named CVPRO reviewer checks every output; no automated decision is made about me. I can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to grievance@talproindia.com.”
