Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We'll prorate any billing adjustments. There are no hidden fees, setup fees, or long-term contracts.
What is Resume Masking and why do I need it?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers via Razorpay. Enterprise customers can arrange custom payment terms and invoicing.
Can I export my data?
Yes, you can export candidate profiles, requirements, and evaluation reports anytime. Professional and Enterprise plans support bulk exports in multiple formats including CSV, JSON, and PDF for easy data portability.
What happens if I exceed my evaluation limit?
You'll receive notifications as you approach your monthly limit. You can continue working, and we'll warn you before evaluations are paused. Simply upgrade to a higher plan or enterprise to get unlimited evaluations. You won't lose any data.
