No. Credits sit on your account and apply to future invoices automatically. If you cancel and re-subscribe later, the credits are still there.
The referred user signs up via your unique link AND converts to a paid plan (any tier, monthly or annual). Free trials don't trigger the credit — only when they pay.
No. Self-referrals and obviously-related entities are excluded. We pay credits manually after a quick check, so anything off-pattern gets caught.
